The Associate of Arts in Ministry at a4yyÎçÒ¹¸£Àû equips students with a biblical, practical, and faith-centered foundation for ministry and leadership.
Designed for students who feel called to serve in church, ministry, nonprofit, or mission-focused contexts, this 60-unit program combines biblical studies, general education, and ministry concentration coursework.

Students will study Scripture, hermeneutics, ministry leadership, Christian worldview, and intercultural engagement while choosing a concentration in either Pastoral Ministry or Global Leadership.

Jessup’s AA in Ministry combines biblical knowledge with practical preparation for Christian service. Through a faith-integrated curriculum, students develop a strong foundation in Scripture, leadership, communication, and ministry practice while preparing to serve faithfully in diverse cultural and ministry settings.

Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the AA in Ministry will be prepared to:

Demonstrate understanding of biblical history, major biblical themes, and hermeneutics.

Apply practical knowledge and skills within a chosen ministry concentration.

Analyze world history and the role of the Church within Scripture to engage a multicultural society.

Integrate Christian worldview with core studies in English composition, psychology, and fine arts.

Students in the AA in Ministry choose one of two concentrations:

Pastoral Ministry
Designed for students preparing for local church, discipleship, pastoral, or ministry leadership settings.

Global Leadership
Designed for students interested in cross-cultural ministry, missions, nonprofit leadership, or service in global contexts.
