The Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) online degree program is designed to prepare individuals to serve as leader-educators with a scholar-practitioner focus. This program equips those currently working in—or aspiring to work in—educational and training environments to effectively support learning across diverse contexts.
Students in the program represent a wide range of professional settings, including K–12 education, higher education, missions, corporate training, and research. Through coursework, candidates explore the social, cultural, and philosophical factors that shape learning and the learning environment, both nationally and globally.
The MAEd emphasizes a strong research foundation, preparing graduates to connect professional practice with research-based strategies and meaningful implementation. Each course also integrates principles of servant leadership rooted in Galatians 5:22–23, fostering a values-based approach to leadership in education.
Graduates of the program are equipped to experience transformation in their personal, spiritual, and professional lives while receiving a high-quality graduate education.
